About our school

At Holy Spirt Catholic School, we believe that each student is unique.

Our History

HSCS has a rich tradition of catholic education on the east side of great falls. Centrally located in a beautiful northside neighborhood, the school was built in 1966. It was then known as ‘holy family,’ eventually combining with Saint Gerard’s and Saints Peter & Paul schools into ‘blessed trinity’ in the fall of 1985 at the present location. 15 years later, the parishes combined, as well, and the newly formed parish was named holy spirit. Catholic education in great falls…for both Catholics and non-Catholics alike, has had a tradition of excellence for over 65 years!

Our Credentials

We are a Roman Catholic School, sponsored by Holy Spirit Parish and the Diocese Of Great Falls-Billings. Holy Spirit Catholic School is a member of the National Catholic Education Association. The school is accredited through the WCEA: The Western Catholic Education Association.

Non-Discriminatory Policy

HSCS admits students of any race, sex, national origin, age (in accordance with the law) and handicapping condition (if, with reasonable accommodation on the part of the school, the student with the handicapping condition can be accommodated), to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school and in the administration of educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic or other school administered programs. This policy does not conflict with the priority given to Catholics for admission as students. This policy does not preclude the ability of the school to undertake and/or enforce appropriate actions with respect to students who advocate on school property or at school functions any practices or doctrines which are inconsistent with the religious or moral tenets of the Catholic Faith.
